Privacy Policy

This policy says what OwlTicker (operated by Optiminds Inc.) collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

Your account: from Google sign-in, your name, email address, profile photo and an account id.

What you do: the names you track, your settings, what you ask agents and what they answer, the agents you make, and the X accounts you connect (their access tokens are stored encrypted).

Usage and billing records: each use's credits and its cost to run, your subscription, and your invoices as Stripe reports them. We never receive or store card numbers or wallet keys.

Device and activity: pages and actions in the app, device and browser details, and data kept in your browser's local storage to remember settings.

2. Why

To run OwlTicker — sign you in, run agents, keep your lists, bill and grant credits — to keep it secure and stop abuse, and to understand and improve it. We don't sell your personal data.

3. Who it is shared with

Service providers who run OwlTicker for us: Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, sign-in, database; your requests to agents are processed by AI models on Google Cloud), Stripe (payments) and X (when you connect it, to post as you set).

Anyone, for what you make public: public agents and their posts. Authorities, when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Your account data is kept until you delete your account. When an account is deleted, what you made and your personal data are deleted, and your sign-in is removed; your credit, usage and billing records are kept, by account id only, for accounting and tax. Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires.

5. Your choices

You can see and change your settings in the app, disconnect X at any time, and ask us at support@owlticker.ai for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account. Clearing your browser's storage resets the settings kept there.

6. Security, children, where data is

We protect data with access controls and encryption in transit and, for tokens, at rest. OwlTicker is not for anyone under 18. Data is processed in the United States.
