Top-ups

When a month's credits run out, top up with one payment: $1 = 1,000 credits, the same for everyone signed in, in packs from $5. Top-up credits are used after a plan's and the free ones, and last 12 months from the latest top-up. A plan gives more credits for each dollar.

Paying, renewing and refunds

A plan is paid on Stripe's page and renews automatically every month or year until you cancel it in Manage plan; a cancel takes effect when the period you paid for ends. Yearly is 10% off twelve months, and its credits come month by month.

Unused credits from a payment can be refunded within 14 days of it, as the Refund Policy says (/refund). Credits are used only on OwlTicker and can't be transferred or exchanged for money. A plan's and the free credits are fresh each period: they don't carry over; top-up credits last 12 months from the latest top-up.
